This is my favorite sling as I prefer the understated appearance of this sling, less-likely to attract attention than most slings having "slick" designs (of which I have 2 others to use as "different horses for different courses"). This sling provides respectable storage room & utility. 2 suggested improvements: 1) longer strap (+1.5 ft) enabling use when wearing a winter jacket & for those individuals of larger body size 2) light-colored interior for improved visibility of contents.
My biggest concern is that this bag is $40 cheaper on Amazon for most of the color ways and seems to be a legitimate listing from Hex. Feels pretty rotten to want to buy a company's product directly from them and find that it's almost half the price on Amazon. Unfortunately from what I understand from reading the returns page, there's no refunds for returning the bag just because you found the cheaper listing on Amazon. I haven't taken the bag itself out into the field yet but I believe it will serve it's purpose well enough. The strap itself feels pretty short to me, but for long days carrying it, I feel like having it tighter to my body will be much more comfortable. Seems to have plenty of room for my canon R6 mkII, and all of my other odds and ends, but I haven't packed it full of gear yet. Overall happy with the bag, but feeling like a sucker for buying directly from Hex which really leaves a bad taste in my mouth about my purchase so I'm giving it 3 stars.
I carry a backpack daily with my essentials so this is a nice addition when I need my DSLR. There's room for a lens or two, charging wires, phone, external batteries, plus don't miss out on the velcro stash pockets on the strap. I almost did!
I really like this bag It has a soft feel —the bag I have been looking for !
I really like it it’s my second one I own the smaller version but upgraded camera so I needed a bigger one works great plenty of room pretty comfortable to walk around with like that it has more space and pockets then previous one
