I’m writing to express my frustration with a purchase I made from this company. I bought a camera bag and wrist strap, but when the shipment arrived, I found that the bag was smaller than advertised and didn’t meet my expectations. I followed the return instructions and sent the merchandise back as requested. However, after the package was received, I was informed that I needed to provide the original shipping label, which I unfortunately no longer had. Despite my repeated attempts (over 6 emails sent) to reach out for a resolution—either a return or exchange—I received nothing, no email, no phone call, no response, and when I did get an email it was to stall and they had no interest in assisting me. As a loyal customer who supports start-ups, this experience has been extremely disappointing. Based on my experience, I would advise others to look at other company before making a purchase from Hex, THIS IS NOT HOW TO TREAT A CUSTOMER!
I bought this as a Christmas present for my son n law. I can't give an honest review on the item but it was very easy to use the site and to order. That part was a 10.
